Knowledge of confidential information is a trust to be honored. Our hospital maintanis all information on clients and their pets as highly confidential. Any discussion or release of information on a patient can only be provided upon direct permission from that pet's owner. Client records will be duplicated only with the approval of the client and attending veterinarian.
